* Kind Kups facility for 2 HOURS with additional 30 minutes prior to event for set up * 1 Folding Table * Use of Smart TV in dining area * 2 Team Members taking orders & making soft serve cups, cones, sundaes & smoothies for the duration of the event. * 10% off all soft serve cups, cones, sundaes and smoothies ONLY. * House Coffee Bar-Includes up to 4 pots of coffee & coffee condiments * Cups & lids provided * Price includes cleaning fee $25 additional cleaning fee charged for extensive cleaning i.e. Outside food & cakes all over floors & tables, confetti, patio area and so forth Areas: * Patio Area * Book Nook (Couch, chair, 2 bean bags) * Kind Kids Lounge (Couch, 2 chairs, & kids table) * Plant Lovers Lounge (Couch, loveseat, 2 poofs) * Kind Vibes Only Tables (all 3 round tables with stools) * Farmhouse Table (big table with 12 chairs) Rules: * Event Packages are only available weekdays after 7pm & Saturday after 3pm. * Events & section reservations are booked on a first come, first serve basis. * A deposit of $100 is due at time of booking with balance due at time of event. * All rentals & reservations require a rental agreement to be filled out at the time of reservation. * During regular business hours, no outside music Outside Decorations: * NO tape, ticky tack or sticky substances can be used on the walls, windows, or other surfaces. * NO hanging items from the ceiling or light fixtures. * NO confetti canons * NO writing on windows * Helium filled balloons must be monitored at all times- with high ceilings retrieving helium filled balloons will be difficult. If balloons do escape, the renter is responsible for its retrieval.
